It started with him doing heaps of research and providing several samples to make sure the colour of both the saddles and the steel ember resistant mesh matched our roof — no easy task. Our house is rated BAL FZ, so the job required millimetre accuracy, and the roof had plenty of curves and is two storeys. Keith handled it with aplomb and the end result exceeded my expectations.
