If, within a reasonable period after Coast Flow completes work at your property, something related to our workmanship isn't performing as it should — a clip on a gutter guard install has come loose, a downpipe we cleared hasn't stayed clear, a valley we sealed is leaking — call Keith. We'll come back and put it right, at no extra charge.
Fair-use terms apply — the guarantee covers our workmanship, not damage caused by extreme weather events, third-party work performed after us, or lack of ongoing maintenance. Keith will always tell you upfront what's covered and what isn't.

Every quote is fixed upfront and in writing. You get a proper tax invoice, plus a photo report on the day.
