Customers may cancel or reschedule their booking by providing at least 24 hours' notice. Where less than 24 hours' notice is provided, or where Coast Flow's technicians have already travelled to the property, Coast Flow reserves the right to charge a reasonable call-out or cancellation fee to recover costs incurred.
Where a quotation includes the supply of materials, custom-made products, special-order items or products purchased specifically for the customer's project, the customer agrees to reimburse Coast Flow for any non-refundable material costs, supplier cancellation fees or restocking charges incurred as a result of the cancellation.
Where work has commenced prior to cancellation, the customer agrees to pay for all work completed to the date of cancellation, all materials supplied or ordered, any hire equipment or subcontractor costs incurred, and any disposal or waste removal costs incurred on the customer's behalf.
Deposits paid for special-order or custom products may be non-refundable once materials have been ordered from suppliers. If the customer repeatedly postpones or delays the scheduled works, Coast Flow reserves the right to reschedule the project at the next available date or cancel the quotation without liability.
If Coast Flow is unable to carry out the works due to unsafe conditions, denied site access, incorrect information provided by the customer, or circumstances outside Coast Flow's reasonable control, Coast Flow reserves the right to postpone or cancel the works. The customer remains responsible for any reasonable costs already incurred, including purchased materials, special-order products and labour completed.
