Working-at-height safety
Keith holds nationally recognised RIIWHS204E — Work Safely at Heights (2026) and a NSW Construction White Card. Ladders, harnesses and roof anchors are used to Australian standards. No unsafe reach work, ever — even if it takes longer.
Panel- and roof-safe methods
No drilling into solar panels. Low-pressure soft washing (never harsh pressure) on tile and metal roofs to protect coatings and pointing.
Documented every job
Every job gets a before-and-after photo report. Strata, insurers and property managers get evidence of work performed.
