Every Coast Flow job — a gutter clean, a full gutter guard install, a roof wash — follows the same simple process. Here's exactly what to expect.
1. Free call & honest chat
Ring Keith directly. Describe the property, any problems (overflowing gutters, water marks, ember concerns), and roughly what you're after. Keith will tell you straight if the job's worth doing — and if it isn't, he'll say so.
2. Site check & fixed quote
For most jobs Keith visits the site to measure gutters, check the roof profile, note valleys and access, and confirm the right product. You get a fixed upfront quote — no surprises on the day.
3. Book a date that suits you
Once you're happy with the quote, we lock in a date. Simple weather-safe rescheduling if the forecast turns.
4. On-site setup & safety
Keith arrives with the right kit, sets up safely on the roof (fully insured, appropriate access and fall protection), and lays out drop sheets to protect gardens and paths.
5. The work itself
Gutter cleans include a full flush and downpipe check. Gutter guard installs are sealed at valleys and roof junctions. Solar and roof work uses low-pressure soft-washing techniques where appropriate. All debris is removed.
6. Before-and-after photo report
You get a short photo report showing what was found, what was done, and how it looks after. Same-day payment or invoice — whichever suits.
