The challenge

A Culburra Beach strata committee needed all 16 units cleaned before the storm season, without disrupting tenants or trades on site. The last contractor had left debris on the ground and failed to test the downpipes — leading to a blocked overflow event.

What we did

Scheduled the clean across two consecutive weekday mornings to work around tenants. Cleared every gutter and downpipe, flush-tested each downpipe to confirm flow, bagged and removed all debris off site, and delivered a full unit-by-unit photo report to the strata manager the same evening.
